Mediumship, being a spirit medium, is the ability for telepathy with the spirit world, or if you want, inter-dimensional clairaudience. Hearing, sensing and perceiving the thoughts, emotions, intentions, messages, impressions and communication from beings in other dimensions.

It can be the much higher dimensions where Angels, Archangels, guardians, beings of Light, spirit guides, Ascended Masters and those kinds of beings dwell. Dimensional realities with very much higher frequencies and reality matrixes of Light, Love and peace. It can be the dimensional realities more closer to third dimensional Earth plane human realm, such as the second dimension where lives the beings that now are considered a part of folklore, fairy tales and what's called fantasy. It can also be other planes and dimensional levels and layers more closely to our dimension, where souls go as they drop the form and so-called crossover.

Being a medium is the ability to attune oneself into a proper alignment with the dimensional frequencies of the particular plane of existence one wishes to reach, in order to have contact with the beings who dwell there. Communication can take place through clairaudience, clairsentience or clairvoyance, depending on the preference and wishes of the beings one is trying to reach. It is their prerogative how they choose to communicate with us, or if they want to communicate with us and what they will say and how much they will say. Souls and beings who choose to communicate through the veils between dimensional realities, usually chose to be very specific in their communications, with a particular idea that their communications have a purpose for us to listen and receive.
